It aims to call on everyone to treat cats with love, including the #community animals that live around us!
NPV has been actively helping community animals in need for many years, providing #free sterilization and #emergency medical assistance. So far, it has provided free sterilization for more than 20,000 stray animals and supported more than 2,000 medical assistance cases.
