Instructions for Self-Pickup at Prince Edward Store

  • Step 1 Place an order online

    After placing the order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" and the product is expected to arrive at the store in 5 working days.

  • Step 2 Notification of goods available for pickup

    When all the items on the order are ready, the customer will receive a "Pickup Notification" email

  • Step 3 Pick up the goods

    Please collect the product within ten days after receiving the "Pickup Notification" email notification, otherwise the order will be processed as cancelled.

1. Food collection time is 12:00-20:00 every day;
2. If the customer submits successfully, he will receive an "Order Confirmation" email, and the product is expected to arrive at the store in 5 working days;
3. When all the items on the order are ready, the customer will receive a "Notification of Pickup Availability" email;
4. After receiving the "Notification of goods available for collection" email, customers can go to the designated location at the designated time to pay and pick up the goods;
5. Please collect the goods within ten days after receiving the "Notification of Pickup Availability" email;
6. If the customer fails to pick up the goods at the designated location within 10 days after receiving the pickup email notification, the order will be canceled and the customer will need to re-order;
7. Customers can also log in to their account and go to Account > "Order" list > click "Order Status" to check whether the order is ready for pickup;

9. When picking up the goods, the customer must first confirm that the type, capacity, quantity, packaging and shelf life of the product are correct;
10. If there are any quality problems with the products received by the customer, please refer to the return and refund policy details and contact NPV within 7 days after receiving the goods;
11. Due to bad weather, order pickup time may be delayed. If you have any questions, please call 2393-2070 (press 1) for enquiries.

Designated SF Express Pickup Store

1. Guests can select the designated SF Express Pickup Store on the shopping cart page.
2. You must select the corresponding SF Express Pickup Store again on the checkout page and fill in the recipient’s mobile phone number

3. Customers can check the real-time status of the shipment and learn about the latest status of the waybill through the "Check" function on the SF Hong Kong official website and SFHK APP.
4. SF station self-pickup service is provided by SF Express. The delivery situation is subject to the company’s terms and conditions. If you have any inquiries, please contact SF customer service

Regarding shipping arrangements:

  • After payment is made, the order will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
  • Once the order is ready, it will be dispatched
  • Arrive at the pick-up point within 2 days from the estimated shipping date

Regarding late pickup and modification of pickup point or address:

  • If the customer picks up the package after the time limit, the overtime fee will be borne by the customer.
  • After arriving at the SF Express station, the customer must pick up the parcel within 2 days (the day the express parcel arrives at the SF Express station or SF Express business office is regarded as 1 day), otherwise SF Express will charge a "Shun Hui Yi" service fee of - HKD 10 for every subsequent 24 hours.
  • For the pickup deadline and overtime fees, please refer to the SF official website .
  • If the customer changes the address of the self-pickup point or changes to delivery service, he or she must contact SF Express to make arrangements, and the cost must be borne by the customer.

  • For fees related to modifying the self-pickup point address or changing to delivery service, please refer to the SF official website.
  • If the customer fails to pick up the item after 5 days, NPWe Shop has the right to cancel the order and recall the order products, without refunding and retaining the responsibility for overtime fees and transportation fees.
  • Late pickup

    After arriving at the self-pickup point, the customer must pick up the parcel within 2 days (the day the express parcel arrives at the SF Express station or SF Express business point is regarded as 1 day), otherwise SF Express will charge a "Shun Hui Yi" service fee of - HKD 10 for every 24 hours thereafter.

  • Modify the self-pickup point or change the charge for delivery service

    • Change delivery to self-pickup at Hong Kong outlets (including SF self-operated outlets, SF self-service lockers and SF cooperative points): service fee waived
    • Change delivery to Hong Kong door-to-door delivery address: HK$10/each ticket
    • Express shipment is rerouted to a cross-border address: One-way SF Express freight
