The purpose is to call on everyone to not only love the pets at home, but also to show love and care to the animals in the community!
NPV has been actively helping community animals in need for many years, providing #free sterilization and #emergency medical assistance. To date, it has provided free sterilization for more than 20,000 stray animals and supported more than 2,000 medical assistance cases.
