Currently, self-pickup service is only available at Prince Edward stores and designated SF Express self-pickup points.

Starting from August 6, the pickup notification function of SF Hong Kong APP will replace SMS text messages. If customers choose self-pickup at SF Express business locations or SF Express stations, please download the SF Hong Kong SFHK APP to receive pickup notifications.
