    NPWe Shop and NPV Non-Profit Veterinary Services Association reserve the right to refuse service to suspected breeder operators and may charge the difference in service fees to customers who do not qualify for the program benefits.

    Terms and Conditions:
    Once you have received the successful payment confirmation email from NPWe Shop, NPV Non-Profit Veterinary Services will contact you within three working days to arrange the time and location for the physical examination.

    ． Guests must present their ID card and order confirmation email (printable or electronic version) on the day of booking to confirm their identity.
    ．This product cannot be reused and can only be used once per animal.
    · The sex of the animal must be consistent with the intended use.
    ．Must be used within three months from the date of purchase and is not transferable.
    ．NPV promises to provide an appointment time within three weeks after contacting the customer. The actual appointment time will be determined based on the customer's cooperation.
    ．If any health problems are found after the examination, the doctor will provide treatment suggestions and the guest can decide whether to follow them.
    ．This product only covers the consultation fee, designated injections or physical examination items and related testing equipment fees, and does not include subsequent treatment costs.
    ．If additional medication or treatment is required during the examination, additional consultation fees and medication or treatment fees will be charged, or a separate appointment will be required.
    ．All NPV cat and dog physical examination plans must be evaluated by a doctor to see if they are suitable. If the doctor deems it unsuitable, the consultation fee for the day and the full price of the medicine or treatment will be charged, and a handling fee of $15 will be charged, and the balance will be refunded to the customer.
    ．If the guest decides not to carry out certain activities, the cost of the project will not be refunded, nor can it be kept for next use, and the project cannot be split.
    ．Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    ．This product is only available to NPV Non-Profit Veterinary Services Association.
    ．In case of any disputes, NPWe Shop and NPV Non-Profit Veterinary Services Association reserve the right to make the final decision.
