How to use NPWe Shop eGift Card

Using an NPWe Shop eGift Card is just as easy. After receiving an eGift Card, the recipient will receive an email containing the card number and redemption instructions. When shopping, the recipient only needs to enter the 16-digit alphanumeric code of the gift card on the checkout page, and the system will automatically calculate the corresponding amount and deduct it from the total amount. If the purchase amount exceeds the face value of the e-gift card, the card recipient can choose to use other payment methods to make up the difference. • Before purchasing NPWe Shop e-gift cards, please register or log in on the NPWe Shop website before purchasing.
• Before using the NPWe Shop e-gift card, please also register as a NPWe Shop member first.
• Guests can check "I want to send this as a gift" and fill in the recipient's information and message to let the card recipient know the relevant information.
• The date for sending NPWe Shop electronic gift cards can only be set within 90 days.
• The NPWe Shop e-gift card will be sent to your registered email address or the email address of your designated recipient.
• NPWe Shop｜NPV does not assume any responsibility if the customer incorrectly enters the recipient's email resulting in any losses.
  
• A receipt will be sent to your registered email address after successful payment.
• Each NPWe Shop e-gift card is composed of a unique 16-digit alphanumeric code.
• NPWe Shop e-gift cards are valid within 12 months from the date of purchase and need to be used.
• NPWe Shop e-gift cards are only valid for purchases on NPWe Shop.
• NPWe Shop e-gift cards may not be used in conjunction with other offers.
  
• NPWe Shop e-gift cards may not be used together with NPWe Dollar coupon codes.
• NPWe Shop eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• If there is still balance in the NPWe Shop e-gift card after consumption, it can be reserved for the next purchase.
  
• If the balance of the NPWe Shop e-gift card is insufficient to cover the entire order, the customer must pay the shortfall through other payment methods.
• Only one eGift Card may be used at checkout per order.
• An eGift Card cannot be used to purchase another eGift Card.
• E-gift cards are non-refundable.
  
• If any e-gift card is lost or stolen, a new e-gift card cannot be reissued.
